Lizbeth assisted us and trained us. It was extremely well organized to the second and to the meter. We had only 17 days, wanted to see as much as possible, get in touch with locals and immerge ourselves in this extraordinary Country. We made it as Royals. The splendid hotels they chose are exactly what we needed and looked for. The fantastic guides are full of knowledge, and incredibly helpful. They filled all of our curiosities. We even learned a little of quechua language. We did what is called "the gringo tour": Lima, Paracas, Nazca, Arequipa, Colca Cañon, Lake Titicaca, Cuzco, Sacred Valley, Machu Pichu, Rainbow Mountain. And Io added so much more hidden jewels that we couldn't know existed!

Andean Travel Experience is a highly recommendable company to organize tripsATE planned for us a taylor-made trip to Lima/Arequipa/Cuzco/Titica and worked highly efficient and professional. Liz met all our requirements and put together a special programme for us according to our wishes. During our holiday Lisbeth looked after us and was always ready to assist with information etc. All in all our Peru trip was a wonderful experience and we can only recommend Andean Travel Experience - thank you!

8 days in n PeruPeru trip Firstly I wanted to thank that staff for the booking process. We weren’t entirely sure what we wanted and they made several suggestions and were very patient with changes and questions. Well done Liz. Then I can say that we were looked after from the moment we were greeted at the airport until departure. Each day we knew what time to meet at the hotel and or where to meet our guide. All the guides were fantastic - javier at Machu Picchu is a proper character and the guide for rainbow mountain encouraged us up all the way. But main thanks to Natalie who looked after us most of the week. Shared her views on many topics historically or current affairs etc. We had such a great time and definately exceeded expectations - we got stuck on a train behind a broken down one and Elisbeth was on hand to ensure our hotel transfer waited for us If you are coming to the area I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you won’t be disappointed. Cusco/Sacred Valley TourLiz Karen was recommended to us by a friend having previously worked with her for their trip to Peru. She patiently worked with us to modify her initial itinerary to our interests and preferences; and ensured a good balance between comfort and budget. Her associate Lisbeth was our point of contact and did an amazing job in coordinating with us when we landed in Cusco; and was kind enough to arrange a half day trip of Lima with her travel partners. The drivers and guides on each part of our trip were punctual, courteous and friendly, all knowledgeable about the Sacred Valley region. Fantastic experience thinking about every little detailWe had an amazing time in Peru thanks to detailed planning from Lisbeth and Andean Travel Experience team. We exactly know what needed to happen every day, who is gonna pick us up from where, how long things will take, what to expect etc. The team was also very accommodating to our needs and had great instant communication via whatsapp. The tour guides were awesome and knowledgable, the tour selections were good, the food recommendations were out of this world. The hotels for the budget we gave to them were decent. I can't recommend Lisbeth, kimkim team and Andean travel team enough. We are looking forward to our next Peru visit with them so that we can see the rest of country!

Peru/Ecuador trip of a lifetime.I'd like to thank and congratulate KimKim for their help and excellent organization during our trip to Peru. When an alternative set of plans was suggested, as a result of problems in Machu Picchu, we were a little apprehensive. The trip to the lodge in the Amazon was wonderful; and our guide, Rey, was a delightful character, with a wealth of knowledge about all things Amazon; his English was excellent, and he got his message over with ease and humour. He is a great ambassador for this region. The flight to Nasca was also memorable, if a little disorganized. My main comment would be that heavy banking in the flight caused motion sickness in most of our party; something that might have been highlighted beforehand. Between this and the long delay in take-off, we were unable to avail of the wine-tasting and sand buggies. A pity, but not the end of the world. Overall we were very happy with KimKim's cooperation and flexibility during our trip. Thanks. A last-minute trip to Cusco was facilitated by KimKim also, during which we spent the day with our fantastic guide, Ally. She was a breath of fresh air, enthusiastic and brimming with information about her home region. We were bowled over by her personality and her ability to inform us so completely; she was great company. The 4 days we spent upon the Alya in the Galapagos were exeptional. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the guiding was excellent, with visits to outstanding areas of interest, and fabulous snorkelling( something I had never done before ). The equipment, food, service, cleanliness,comfort, and attention to detail was marvellous. Thanks to a lovely team of people on board. I must also mention the last accommodation we stayed in. A boutique hotel in Quito, called Casona 1914. This is a family-run hotel, situated close to the cathedral; it is a refurbished Spanish, colonial building, with lots of style and comfort, lovingly managed by Diego and his family and staff, all of whom were very friendly and helpful to us. I would highly recommend this hotel to visitors to Quito, and hope to return some day.
